Asset Acquisition


On April 6, 2018, Generation Income Properties, acquired through our operating partnership, its second net lease asset. The property is a newly constructed, triple net leased Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX) building in Tampa, FL. The asset, located at 1300 South Dale Mabry Highway was purchased for $3,463,500 in cash and debt.
